During the week of September 14, Forest Spring volleyball exclusively played Spring Hill teams—giving you the Spring Hill Showdown! On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, Forest Spring played at Woodland Spring. On Thursday, September 18, 2025, Forest Spring played Spring Hill Middle at home.
Our 7th grade JV Chargers played their best but fell short to Woodland, 25-24 (L), 25-13 (L). 7th grade Varsity played their absolute hardest against Woodland, with the score ending 25-24 (L), 25-20 (W), 15-9 (L). The 8th grade JV played excellent, but they didn’t come out on top, 25-7 (L), 25-8 (L). 8th grade Varsity came through with a win, 25-16 (L), 25-23 (W), 15-12 (W). Let’s go Chargers!
On Thursday, September 18, 2025, our Forest Spring Chargers Volleyball faced off against the Spring Hill Mavericks. Both teams played extremely well, showcasing impressive teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the game. The 7th grade JV put forth their full effort and won against Spring Hill Middle School. Our 7th grade Varsity also came out strong, winning 25-17 (W), 25-19 (W). The 8th grade JV claimed victory, 25-11 (W), 25-19 (W). Last but not least, 8th grade Varsity ended with the score 25-14 (W), 25-17 (L), 15-7 (L). We’ll get them next time!
We asked Camille Kirchner how she stays motivated during tough matches. She said, “I just keep my team motivated and just keep going.” When asked what advice she would give future athletes, Landry Tunnel replied, “If it gets hard don’t give up because when you get through it, it is so much fun.”
