The Apex Crew visited Forest Spring to help raise funds for school programs and resources, and the event was a hit! The kids who participated enjoyed a fun color battle and games in the field. Two of the crowd favorites were tug-of-war and relay races. When asked on a scale of 1-10 how happy were you when you won, 6th grader Jared Nimz replied, “10 because I have never won something this big before and to win it in front of people was even better!”
Throughout the week, students that took part in classroom games earned tickets. The tickets were entered into a $150 gift card raffle. We would like to congratulate Jared Nimz, the lucky winner! A huge thank you to everyone who donated. With all of your support, we raised $21,000 in just two weeks! It was a fantastic fundraiser, and we couldn't have done it without all of your support!
